Biometric Authentication Issues on Galaxy A06 with Banking Apps (JazzCash, Easypaisa, etc.)

The Samsung Galaxy A06 users in Pakistan have reported issues with biometric authentication when using financial applications such as Jazz Cash, Easypaisa, and various banking apps. These problems often manifest as errors or failures during fingerprint verification within these apps.

1-Finger print

2-face detection

But,

3-has no Bank verification/Bank Biometric verification or as Jazz cash biometric verification, as for example,  Xiaomi Redmi 14C has

Banking apps use the system fingerprint. To explain, your banking app wants to use fingerprints. The app asks the phone to check for a valid print, the phone then checks you, then tells the bank if it was correct or not.

I've also personally never hard of bank biometric authentication or jazz cash so it might only work on phones from certain countries. That third method you're talking about isn't really a thing, at least in the uk (this is the samsung uk forum)

Not all devices have all features. Do you have Samsung Passkey on your phone?

Sorry, You are not grasping the point. When we login bank account on a mobile device, bank says for bank biometric verification on mobile, then Samsung A06 does not work. Four fingers of both hands, one by one are recognised by mobile app. Then this mobile nor work.

This issue is all over Pakistan, Everone is saying the same thing/problem.

Check you bank app for eligible devices. It is more advisable if you can adress this issue on your country's Samsung Forum, you might get more help there from people that own the same device as yours.

Had a look into it. The apps don't seem to be using any different sensor or system. The phone might just be really new and your banking app doesn't support it yet

There is no issue/problem in bank app, I have tried it not only on bank app but also on Jazzcash, easypaisa, Upaisa apps, mobile does not support Biometric verification.
