Ringtone issue in Galaxy A13

Can't make ringtone in Galaxy A13.How should I do for this issue?Help me please.

Are you trying to make your own ringtone?

Hello 👋 @Mya Kay Khaing and may I extend a Warm Welcome to the Samsung Community Forum. 

Personally i use zedge.com to add my ringtone. 

Then by turning on the follwoingbsetting I can then set my own tone.

Settings > Notifications > Advanced Settings > Manage Notification Catagories for each app.
