When I'm making a call the call receiver can't hear me I've tried the loop test all ok any other suggestions?

@Gilly18 Hello, try Reset all settings, this will reset the preferences of all applications. You do not lose personal data, but settings-yes.

Right....here's what you can try : restart your phone in Safe Mode to see if a 3rd party app is causing the issue.
You can do that by holding the power button until " Power off" shows . Next , keep pressed the "power off" icon till "safe mode " shows. Then , restart. After restarting , try making a phone call
