May I ask a few questions please....
- Is this happening everywhere or in one particular place ?
- Is this happening with all your contacts or a particular one ?
- Is this happening when on a mobile connection or when ringing a landline or both ?
- Are you able to put your sim card in another phone as a process of elimination to rule out your sim card or phone ?
- Have you spoken with your providers customer services to have your account checked , and if necessary reset ?
- Does this happen with both outbound and inbound calls ?
