A71 soft locked crashes and restarts itself

This phone likes to softlock freeze and crash at least once a month, this time I was taking a photo in discord and it started to lag, then freeze then the back buttons disappeared and the app crashed we t to a black screen and the Samsung logo appeared after like a minute, what is going on

Hi @williamg209.

Make sure you haven't set the phone to restart by itself. Open Settings > Device care > 3 dots (top-right) > Automation > Tap on Auto restart at set times (make sure that it's toggled off).
