Hi, I have few Samsung devices. Only my A70 with Android 11 refuses to login to some shopping apps (e.g. QVC UK) and cannot proceed with payment with some fast food apps (e.g. Mcdonald).
These functions were working few months ago on all my devices. I wonder why only my A70 appears to have these issues and these issues persist after I have wiped my device.
I have contacted those providers and they think those are device dependent issue. I wonder if you have any idea why and how to fix or workaround them.

The first troubleshooting step is to clear the cache of the apps affected @Simon_Fong
You could also wipe the data part too if necessary.
Long hold on the app icon and tap on i , then Storage and Clear Cache and then Data if needed.

Double check the preferences of the apps.

Sadly, I had cleared the cache, cleared the data, reinstalled the app, then at last, wiped my phone. None of these made any difference. I had also switched between wifi with various ip and mobile network.
I know this sounds weird but this issue does seem to be device related. Maybe they don't like me and blocked my device which I couldn't know.
