Hi! So, I got a hand-me-down AO3s a few weeks ago, and I went in to switch the Samsung account it's connected to (without losing my contacts). That was okay until it asked to send a verification code to the current account via email. It keeps opening a blank page in Chrome (won't let me change browsers) with the url set as about:blank instead of actually sending any email. This is very frustrating, since this phone is for work and it won't let me set up my own account (which already exists in Samsung, just not on this device). For anyone thinking "just bring it to your IT dept. at work", we are a small business, and this technically my job to figure out. Any ideas?

The issue is that it isn't sending the email; it opens the browser, says about:blank and then sends my phone a notification that says "could not send verification email"...

Unfortunately it doesn't offer an option, it only shows the SEND EMAIL button 😕

Hundreds of work contacts being lost 😞. I don't HAVE to switch the account, but since i'm currently using my boss's account, it would be nice. I really appreciate the troubleshooting help!

It's a work phone; I got it from the last person who had my position at work. They set the contacts, but now they're my clients/associates, so I need their contact info saved. When I go to switch accounts there is a button that says "keep my contacts", so as long as I have that checked while I transfer accounts it shouldn't be a concern.
