A71 microphone issue

Hey all, 

To cut it short, the mic spontaneously disconnect or give dizzz sound and I have to restart it to refunction.

What is the problem here?!

I have the same problem with my a71. Samsung please sort this out. it is clearly a software issue and is unacceptable that they are making the phone unfit for purpose by ignoring the issue

I'm facing the same problem since yesterday. After restarting it works fine but suddenly the same problem arises again. Kindly advise.

I'm also facing same issue and i believe it's a software issue because it happens only sometimes. Request samsung to kindly look into it and resolve the issue at the earliest.
