Hey all,
To cut it short, the mic spontaneously disconnect or give dizzz sound and I have to restart it to refunction.
What is the problem here?!

Yes, after factory reset, no issues at all. Well at least for me.

Does factory reset work? How do you do it in Samsung A71? does it delete the apps and data?

Looks like major widespread issue. Reboot and factory reset only temporary fixes. I'm looking at a refund or exchange. Not happy with this.

Yes, try factory restart. Worked for me
