A70 Wifi Problem?

So, I recently bought a Samsung A70 and I'm having issues with connecting it on our WiFi at home. It can connect to other networks but it just can't seem to connect to ours. How can you fix that problem? Is it the router or the phone who has problems? Thanks in advance!

i checked with the case off, but i still get the spinning circle next to the wi-fi on toggle,it is connected,but sometimes it drops,i go to wi-fi network settings to check and the circle will be consently spinning,i am hoping it is just a software fix, so am still waiting for the april android Q update,fingers crossed samsung has fixed this problem.

i think this has to do with an option on your home router that blocks new devices from connecting to it, log in to your home router check if its enabled, disable it.

really,you think I'm that dumb? the problem has been rectified,i bought the Note20 Ultra,no wi-fi drop outs so far.
