Galaxy A40 slow motion

Hi, I red everything and tried all the solutions, clearing parameters data and stuff, but the Slowmo function never appeared.

There's no update waiting, I bought that phone yesterday.
Are there several versions of the A40, with some that are able to run slowmo and other that cannot ?

Please someone save me

The Galaxy A40 doesn't support Slow-mo.
If it supports it, it will be updated and the function will appear on your phone.
Maybe the Update is out in other countries but you have to wait.

Also ich habe das handy auch und anfangs hatte ich zeitlupe aber aufeinmal ist sie verschwunden und ich weiss nicht warum.
