A55 phone connection problems

My daughter’s A55 phone won’t connect to 4 or 5G.  She can only make and receive calls and messages when connected to WiFi.  We’ve had the sim checked and it’s fine.  Anyone know how to solve this problem please?

Thank you for the reply. I have checked the imei number on EE and it says that the phone is unlocked and any network sim can be used.

Okay, right, I suggest contacting the original seller who sold the phone to you, or if its not possible, get in touch with EE customer service as they could assist you further
