A55 camera clicking sound

hello there people i just bought the A55 5G and i noticed that when i open the camera app or from another app or when switching from 0.5 to 1.. , the main camera does a clicking noise , is it normal , everyone has it or just me , i really don't want to replace i love it , please some good news

It's usually normal and is likely caused by the phone's "Optical Image Stabilization (OIS)" system adjusting the lens position, or aperture.

but why my friend that has the same phone do not have it ? this is why i thought it is a problem in my phone

Try go to settings > apps > camera > storage clear cache and data and see if noise is still there.

It is normal, for example on my s24 ultra when i change camera modes to portrait, video, etc you can see lenses closing and adjusting and if I put ear close to it, it does make clicking sounds really quite ones, is aperture opening and closing quickly.

Congratulations on the purchase of your phone. 

@amine_ben if you feel theres a very real issue with the phone then do think of swapping it out within the cooling off period. 

You could also visit a Samsung Experience Store or Highstreet Network Store which have the phone on display to see if this happens with thise phones.
