A54 5G display problem - does not respond to touch.

Hello everyone! After the last update, the display on my A54 5G (SM-A546B) no longer responds to touch. Through OTG and the keyboard, everything works. Is there a way to solve the problem caused by the last update? I read on the net that there are many of them with the same problem as mine, but there is no "painless" solution. Can someone help, how to get my phone back to working condition?

Yes thank you I have it but I have to make space on my laptop for the firmware it keeps stopping after a few kb gonna delete some stuff and try. I have my code which is tmk for metro with tmobile .. tmobile is tmb but I'm gonna use metro because that's what my phone is so I have my code and gonna make space to download the firmware. Thanks for this thread bro if this doesn't work ill just factory reset and pray it touches 🙏🏿

During phone calls my phone puts the call on hold,even when my ear or hair isn't touching the phone.
Has this happened to anyone else?

Hi! I had the exact same problem and managed to fix it. Hold down the volume down button and power button and let your device restart. If this doesn't work contact Samsung directly via their support website: https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/contact/
