my screen doesn't respond when moved

 Grittings, I am a Samsung A72 cellphone user and I am experiencing a problem where my cellphone screen does not respond to my touch, but for example when I play a video, the video still runs and I don't understand why my cellphone is doing this. Maybe someone can help me?

Make a hard reset by holding down volume key and power button same time till samsung logo shows, clear the cache, try to get a factory reset. Look for any software update and also disble unexpected touch protection. Hope this will work

Change the flex cable is the only solution that works long term. Samsung don't care to fix this problem.
