Hello everyone! After the last update, the display on my A54 5G (SM-A546B) no longer responds to touch. Through OTG and the keyboard, everything works. Is there a way to solve the problem caused by the last update? I read on the net that there are many of them with the same problem as mine, but there is no "painless" solution. Can someone help, how to get my phone back to working condition?

I also have the Samsung a54 5g and I am also currently facing the same issue. The screen is turning on but doesn't allow me to touch it even for rebooting, ever since I downloaded the update around an hour ago, and I was also wondering if there are any solutions.

2. Connect To Computer USBC to USBC (you may also connect to another Samsung mobile via USBC). Press and hold the Volume Up key and then press and hold the Power key
3. When the Android logo displays, release both keys.
4. Wait until the Android system recovery menu options appear.
5. Press the Volume down key several times to highlight wipe cache partition.
6. Press Power key to select.
7. Press the Volume down key to highlight yes, them and press the Power key to select.
8. When the wipe cache partition is complete, Reboot system now is highlighted.
9. Press the Power key to restart the device.

I tried, I deleted the cache, but there is no change. The display still does not respond to touch.

is there any other solution? Is Samsung aware of this problem and will it release a patch that will fix the problem?

Now I've read the forums and found that S21 phones also have a problem with that update!!! There is no simple solution for them either...

This still didn't work, I have an adapter with a Type C port and a USB A port and when I have this adapter I can't transfer files. But, when I only use the cable directly to the phone I can't press the allow button as there is no mouse connected, so that is why I believe it isn't working to clear the cache. My phone is still unreactive to touch and I was wondering what is a possible solution before taking to a phone repair shop.
