My device suddenly hangs and then restarts with a line of mixed colors appearing on the screen. I tried the reset and tried the safe mode and nothing happened to me. I am tired of the problem and my family’s financial condition is weak and we cannot buy a new device. I want a solution, please

Hi @Abood_TX  Have you tried clearing the cache parttition as sometimes that can help, temporary cache files can become outmoded or in some cases corrupt.

1. Turn off the device.
2.Connect To Computer , other Device or TV USB. Press and hold the Volume Up key and then press and hold the Power key
3. When the Android logo displays, release both keys.
4. Wait until the Android system recovery menu options appear.
5. Press the Volume down key several times to highlight wipe cache partition.
6. Press Power key to select.
7. Press the Volume down key to highlight yes, them and press the Power key to select.
8. When the wipe cache partition is complete, Reboot system now is highlighted.
9. Press the Power key to restart the device.

If no solution advisable to send an Error Report via Samsung members if able to do so.  Go to Samsung Members-Support-Lock up/Restarting. Be sure to include the system logs.

A last resort maybe to back up and factory reset but then when re setting up the phone do not use your back up, instead reset your phone back up manually and then see what happens. 

A Samsung Service Centre can assess your phone too.

I am experiencing the same problem, since Tuesday (20/08/2024). I follow James' instructions. It seems to be working for now.
I think both of us can be glad/sad (glad that there might be a solution, sad that others are also having problems) that it isn't an isolated problem (like physical damage, like failing GPU, hench the lines on the screen, and the notification getting stuck (skipping like and old CD), and the vibrator getting stuck as well).

I will keep you up to date. I tried a factory reset first, unfortunately it didn't work, hopefully the cache clear did work.
