OneUI 4.0 installed.
Frequently, on my home WiFi, my a52s 5G (while connected to the WiFi) will simply not have an internet connection through the WiFi, and it will use my data instead.
I can turn the WiFi off an on, and it works again for anywhere from a few minutes to a few hours while at home.
The signal is definitely strong throughout the small house.
If o go to the WiFi settings, it typically shows I'm connected to the WiFi network, but it's showing a status of "Connected, no internet".
The rest of the devices in the house are fine. The router is only a couple years old, WiFi 5 or 6 tech.
I need sound advice to help troubleshoot this, please.
Thanks

i had the same issue with my zflip4. what finally worked for me after hours of trying different things:
1. settings
2. connections
3. more connection settings
4. private dns:
5. change it from “private dns provider hostname (my name used to be “dns.google”)” to “automatic”
i then tried reconnecting to the wifi and lo and behold it worked!
i hope this works for you?

I came here with same experiences and looking for solutions: A52s 5G with severe cell phone reception issues. Brand new device when purchased, and never improved by any update. Connectivity issues so sever that i Invested substantial effort (swapping SIM to different devices and even networks), because i could not believe it could be the device, because one of the reasons for choosing the A52s5G was it's Qualcomm Chip, which are known to have good modems, while Exynos Modem lower then 5400 series are apparently widely known to be prone to poor performance and connectivity (look up: Pixel reception issues).
Finally learned today a plausible explanation: while the chipset and modem actually could be good (enough) they can't in a A52s5G, because SAMSUNG decided to only add one single antenna instead of 2 for cost cutting reasons, and that's capping the modems capabilities. Still hope it could be improved by a software update, but lost hope.
So while the product concept of the A52s5g with it's Snapdragon Chipset on paper looked promising and enticing prior to the purchase, the device is a disappointment when using it.
I had to switch to a much more expensive provider to compensate for the poor reception of the device, and still not have the same reception i had with my previous (Non-SAMSUNG) device), in some of my standard locations to the extent of "none" - zero reception on the best available network. Effectively, what i saved when deciding for an A-series phone, i now spend on the higher cell phone contract.
A phone with bad and unreliable connectivity eventually is unusable and i have to replace it as soon as i can afford. And i won't put my bets on SAMSUNG again...
