A52 charging problem after latest upgrade.

After latest software upgrade phone has several charging problems. I do not anymore trust to samsung.

The Phone earlier charging fast from docking station, but after upgrade show only slow charging. 

I can not using it also with DJI mini 2 because now is switching on and off all the time when is connected to controller.

It also stop to charging from some power  banks  when its working earlier before upgrade. It looks at samsung ignore problems and  its litte information abaut problems.

Try a soft reboot by turning your phone Off and On. 

If that does not help then try >

Clear Cache Files from the phone's System Partition Section  > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/ You may need to insert your earphones or hook upto a powered On Laptop or use a Tv's USB Port to access the Clear Partition Section. This may help with lag or stutters as this clears the phone of old/unused or broken cache files.There is also a Repair Apps option in the Menu System too.

i have the same problem
at first the screen didnt responded, but charging was still working, i had to force a restart wit the buttons trick.
after the screen fixed itself i accepted the update, here starts the problem, after the update installed, the charge doesnt work anymore.
Now i am trying to Clear the Cache partition, but i cant get to that menu of Hard Reset, because it says error [PDP] Back Up: Fail Setup Wizard [ Finnish ] , which apparently it happens in some phones when they are not connect with the usb to a computed, which is the main issue again, the usb doesnt work at all.

i tried connecting with different chargers and cables and nothing works.

Hi, sorry to say that  but I am not it person but only engineer. When I so this I will lost a lot of setup so sometimes it's better to buy new phone then reset so many thinks. In did after the last update its bit better but still some of the charger just give slow charging. I think it's some fail set up of USB port in the phone and limitation of current  on the phone. So it's some bug with new software. Last time was two soft upgrade so I am sure at something was fixed. Scarry I at Samsung did not inform about some software bugs
