A51 stuck at startup screen

My daughters A51 doesn't start up. It is stuck at the first startup screen. We have tried several things;

Hard restart with power+volume down - no luck

Also tried with power+ both volume button - no luck

Also tried to restart it (which it does) and then hold down the volume down button go get to Safe Mode - no luck.

Also let it sit in the charger for 15 minutes before trying again - no luck

 

We are just getting this screen, and nothing else

 

Any thoughts, or is it easier to get her a new phone?

If this device has Android 11 it needs to be connected to a PC to reset etc

contact samsung directly for a free of charge repair if there is no physical damage

I understand that it was damaged to the motherboard from water or dampness.

      Might I ask, what is it that you did to fix the motherboard in the end? Did you by chance find that Samsung will help, or did you have to solve the issue yourself?

It was too damaged to repair, so she had to buy a new phone

I have purchased Samsung A51 having a trust of Samsung Brand 1 year back, my Phone got hanged and when I tried to restart, it got stuck on Samsung Logo Screen. When I checked with Samsung Service Center, they said Phone Hardware got failed, it need to be replaced which will cost up to 9000. I checked the Samsung community, most of Samsung Customer of A Series and M Series was complaining the same.
When I talked to Customer Care Center, even they were not helpful, saying Samsung can't do anything once Warranty is over. Now Big Question on such a Big Brand, they have a hardware failure due to just a software hanged up, even though they are not taking any measure and just cheating the Customer.

Also there is no wear and tear in my phone, even no damage due to any conditions.
