A51 Continues to restart randomly.

Problem with the phone restarting at random times still persists even after the most recent update. Anyone else experienced this issue, any fixes?

Should of maybe mentioned I'd already tried a hard reset a few times. Thanks again though I'll look into warranty with the place I got it from.

I was on having a look earlier there was alot saying it was down to a third party app to make sure everything is updated apps software etc also try with your phone in safe mode if it doesn't happen with that enabled its definetly an app thats causing it then a seen a few posts people saying they done a factory reset and the issue went away i haven't had this problem if I come across anything else I will come back and post to here

Yes, much of what I came across was saying it was due to an app. Found it very difficult to pin down the app causing it though. When I find the time I'll try a reset and see what happens. Thanks for the info.

My phone have received updates lastly and my phone seems better. No unwanted reboots happening now.

i have the same issue, after last update still presist , uninstalled weird apps, does factory reset , nothing helps . Also i think, my phone killed micro SD card. I am thinking about making a complaint to shop where i bought it , it is still in warranty. About year ago, i had problem with restarting and freezing in samsung logo. They changed mainboard. 

Also, my girlfriend have A30 , which had the same problem i have now. So we brought phone to service shop , they changed frame and ribbon cables , two times. For now, her phone is working. I think that it is not a software problem .....
