A51 5G s view wallet not recognised by phone.

I have had three S view wallets from Samsung, and two A 51 5G, and spent hours on product support. The phone just does not recognise that the cover is present, so it does not sleep/wake up nor put the always on display in the view window. This must surely be a hard fault with the phone that Samsung need to fix - can someone please report it. Does anyone else have the problem with the A51 5G and view case or any ideas how to fix? Thanks

Had same problem at similar time, 2 phones and 3 wallets. Still not sorted.
Technician told me there should be a preloaded app on the phone which when we went through the troubleshooting was not there!!!
Just spoke to another technician who told me there isn't an app!!! They are checking and will get back to me tomorrow
