My phone will not let me install Samsung wallet  - it seems to think its from Indonesia, even though i bought it new in the UK...Any help please

Did you buy it from an official provider like samsung.com, ee or Vodafone? Or did you get it from a non official phone seller? You might have been sold an imported phone

Also something to check, settings, press your name at the top, profile info, country or region. Make sure it says the uk.

Also turn your vpn off if you have one on.

My profile info does say UK

I have no VPN

Try Below

Change your Google Play country

In a browser, go to pay.google.com.

At the top, click Settings.

Under 'Payments profile', next to 'Country/Region', click Edit .

To create a new Google Pay profile and link it to a new country or region: ...

The Google Play Store automatically changes to the new country or region

Can you send a screenshot like this? Settings, about phone, software information. Make sure service provider software version is showing, that kinda says the original country. Then I might be able to confirm if it is an imported phonepD69WTmAao.png
