A55 basic problem

When using pub app my bank asks for authorisation, but I cant get back to app to complete order. I thought the 3 lines at the bottom of page would take me back but it asks me for all details again, and re authorisation so I go round in circles, any ideas please

Maybe try with both apps open on screen. Contact pub app developer too

Do you get a text or a notification in the banking app?

I always go for sms and then instead of going to the message app, I gently pull down from the top of the screen. This opens just enough of the sms to read the code then I enter it into the pub app which is still open.

Thank you but starling you have to sign into their app and approve the payment, which is where I hit trouble as I cant get back to the original page in pub app
