How can I create a "Scenery" mode with focus locked at infinity?

Maybe I got spoiled by earlier, simpler phone cameras... but I do a lot of traveling around, and I like to take pictures of scenery, and that often needs focus set and locked at infinity. My A13 almost always wants to fiddle around auto-focusing, and in low light conditions -- night, evening, early morning -- will have a very hard time finding what to focus on.  Taking photos or videos of things like fireworks shows is also an exercise in futility... focus keeps pulling in and out, hunting around, instead of just staying locked.  Taking pictures of the Moon, other planets, stars -- even a satellite going overhead -- is pointless without a simple focus control that stays put.

The A13 camera app's "lock" icon -- click on the scene to get it to set exposure and focus at that point -- won't stay set, shot after shot. And it will often turn off while I'm trying to compose or take the shot.

I'd like to create a "mode" like Portrait or Food, but one in which I can set things like "lock focus at infinity," or other settings (exposure, shutter speed, etc.) the way I want them set. Can this be done?

Or... is there any other app the community knows about that I can download onto my A13 phone and have it help me take more complete "pro" control over the camera?

Other suggestions and ideas?

Thanks!

You seem to be talking about pro mode. Your phone camera should already have it. Just swipe left on the mode selector, select more and press pro

The easiest way is to tap on the screen when in the camera app to force it to focus on your desired subject.
