Are your  fingerprints not being recognised @essir  ?

If so consider a soft reboot and if that does not help check in Biometrics and Security to check your scanned prints.

If necessary delete and reset them back up.

have tried all that still nothing i keep getting the same error "fingerprint sensor calibration needed" it happened after updated to android 10

Have you tried removing/adding the fingerprint whilst your phone is in Safe Mode?

You can get into Safe Mode follow these steps.
