Bit new to this
Had all sorts of problems with A5 lately
Moisture in USB port
Not charging very well
A5 would not show up on a Laptop or two in one PC.
Contacted Samsung and even had a remote session with them.
Went to a Noel Lemming store and chap told me to get a needle and clean the dust/fabric out of it.
To start with I was concerned about damaging the connection but to my AMAZEMENT after about ten minutes of scratching around all this stuff came out. AMAZING
Result
Phone works like it did when new
Charging
Data removal
Appears on Laptop and PC.
Spent ages trying to resolve this but thanks to Noel Lemming all now working normal
