Does this issue happen everywhere you go.
It could be mast congestion or master issues.
As a process of elimination can you try your sim card in another phone and see what happens.
This will help to rule out a sim card issue or phone issue.
Your network can replace the sim.
A Samsung Service Centre can assess the phone.

In the phone itself you can reset the network connection via Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset Mobile Network Connection.
