I put the software update on my phone today. After i did that, I cant access any signal or data services, and the flight mode button is on even when I deliberately turn it off. it's like my phone is permanently on flight mode and it is frustrating. My phone (A25) isn't even a year old and having these problems . Any help would be much appreciated please ❤️

Can you wipe the cache partition first

Plug into a working PC or laptop

I had exactly the same issue after updating on Saturday. I did a factory reset today and it fixed the issue.

@annerc0re  you don't necessarily need a computer to enter the required mode to clear the phone's System Partition Cache Files Section.

Sometimes inserting your earphones or hooking upto a Tv's USB Port will work.

This explains > Clear Cache Files from the phone's System Partition Section  > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/ You may need to insert your earphones or hook upto a powered On Laptop or use a Tv's USB Port to access the Clear Partition Section. This may help with lag or stutters as this clears the phone of old/unused or broken cache files.There is also a Repair Apps option in the Menu System too { Possibly excluding the s²⁴ Series of phone's }

Also try your sim card in the ²nd sum card slot if relevant to your phone model.

Your phone has a diagnostic tool found in your Samsung Members App.

Also as a process of elimation can you try your sim card in another phone.

If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask  😎
