After an update last week, the A23 phone wont start. Nothing seems to work, it is completely dead.
SAMSUNG, what's going on with the phone and your update?????

I have the same problem and samsung Australia said because my phone in an international version I would need to pay to have it fixed but this is their fault as it was due to having the software update completed.
This is unacceptable and samsung need to come back with a fix or refund us the money for the phone. It is only 1 month old and I have my purchase documents for it also.

Such a disappointing response from Samsung, and completely unacceptable, as you say. They absolutely need to take responsibility for this.

Same and I'm in Jamaica

I know they told me mine is international version but don't back out tell them your update is CONFIRMED to break the phones and you deserve compensation and repair regardless.

No, it seems like they're same they pushed out the update without any QA for the A23 and other phones. Absolutely baffling.
There is no way for repairmen, such as myself, to solve this problem without their assistance. They won't even admit any wrongdoing.
I have a Note 20 Ultra as my personal device and I'm seriously considering getting a different device now. This has greatly decreased my confidence in this company.

No just that it's not covered by warranty for Samsung Australia and to have it fixed I will have to pay when it was no fault of mine as this was caused by the update that Samsung has sent out to the phone

I purchased it from Amazon its an international version, Im in Canada and Samsung Canada wants money for the repair that is needed because a faulty update came from them officially. How is this even legal.
