After an update last week, the A23 phone wont start. Nothing seems to work, it is completely dead.
SAMSUNG, what's going on with the phone and your update?????

I'm having the same problem. Today my phone went completely dead and would not trun on. Unfortunately I updated my phone a few days ago.

I am a Technician of repair phone. I got 12 same A23 phone at the same day (2024.05.08). all of the owners of those phones telling the same story that after did the latest system update, the phone becoming glitching and then shut down and not coming on again. Please Samsung, give a solution. as soon as possible.

Samsung released a security update for A23 models about two weeks ago..

SAMSUNG is not responding on this issue. Is it hacked or developer mistake? No update received from customer care service centre as well.

UPDATE:
I've taken the phone into a service centre and they would repair at no cost. They are a Samsung Authorized Service Centre

I was informed that the entire board has to be replaced and they would do it at no cost.
It will take about three weeks though
