@BIBURYBILL: Does the problem persist if you switch to Speaker while on a call? Is the issue affecting both incoming and outgoing calls? To test the microphone, please press and hold on the Samsung Members app icon > Diagnostics > Mic, and follow the on screen prompts. Are you able to hear yourself clearly during the playback?
