A21s broken..

I got a new phone and need my data from my a21s but the phone won't work:
- error pops up saying "new software issue detected"
- whether I click, check for update or cancel it does nothing 
- it goes to home screen which says "phone is starting" and never stops loading 
- my recent apps button simply doesn't work
- can't move off of home screen!

The fingerprint scanner is on the back and (before my phone broke) set it so that when I swipe on it the navigation bar appears and sl thru that I have access to settings:
- can't connect to WiFi- after entering password it just keeps loading
- can't back up data on samsung cloud as some buttons simply don't function in settings whilst others do

Phone also keeps randomly restarting itself. 

I've tried a soft reset and all, even the clear cache partition but when I hold down on both volume and lock button my phone simply turns back on instead of going to the clear cache partition screen..

Idk what to do! I don't want to purchase all the cables to transfer data from the phone (as it says on samsungs website) before trying other ways.

Hey there

You mention that this is a "new" phone. If it is brand new then I would return it for replacement.

no haha, I mean I got a NEW phone but my OLD phone has that problem and I want to transfer data from old to new phone
