Hi!
I have recently had a problem with the a20e model. When I turn it on, the logo is not as bright as before and when I turn the mobile phone 90 degrees, the display turns off. So far it has been working ok, but it seems that something in the system is not turning on properly. After repeated resets, it does not turn on you have to wait about half an hour before it starts working. I use it for drone only but it wont work in horizontal orientation.

Try hard resetting the device
With the device powered up, Hold the Volume down button and Power button simultaneously for 10 seconds. The screen will go off. Continue to hold buttons until the device vibrates and the Samsung logo appears. Release buttons. Device will reboot. Once done, please check if the issue is resolved.
If not resolved, then consider a factory reset
If still not resolved, then reach out to support for your region and seek a repair as your phones gyroscope could need attention.

Run the diagnostic tool in your Samsung Members App to see if that highlights anything @adriatic
