Were any backups made to Samsung Cloud or any other vaults @richsuth ?
If so it should be a case of when setting up the new phone and entering the Samsung Account Credentials then choose to set up using the back up.
You could try hooking up the phone to a computer and see if it will allow you to then access the phone's files.
