my notifications are not swiping away and my clear all button has disappeared after the update - Samsung A15

I have the same problem. I reviewed the "related content" none of which applies to the situation as you describe. Agreed, the notification display covers up the clear all button. Did you find a solution?

I reseted my phone twice and the problem seemed to go away on its—own hope this helps
