A15 Fast charging battery issue

After updating my a15 to 6.1 a few weeks ago, my phone stopped charging with fast charging when it's below 50%. It shows the batter charging icon but the level doesn't increase, so I have to put off my fast charging to charge my phone. Any thoughts?

HELLO SAMSUNG I THINK THE PROBLEM IS IN THE UPDATE IT SELF WOULD IT BE POSSIBLE FOR YOU TO CREATE NEW UPDATE FIXING THESE ISSUES, BECAUSE ITS SAD TO SEE THAT I AM A  FAN OF SAMSUNG SO ALL MY DEVICES IS ALSO SAMSUNG BUT WHEN THE UPDATE IS INSTALLED ALL MY DEVICES RECEIVED THE SAME ISSUE WITH THE CHARGING

It seems the issue is still ongoing for a few of you, so I'd definitely advise sending in an error report via the Samsung Members app > Get help > Error reports, with the error log attached. When doing so, please include as much detail as you can, alongside including any useful screenshots and/or videos. If enough people send this in, our engineers will be able to compare the error logs and release an update.

It happened with me, and after reading here that it may be related to software update, I went into the settings >> Battery >> Charging Settings >> Fast Charging (It was on, so I made it off, then I made it on again), then I connected the super fast charging cable, and the charging percentage started increasing until fully charged in a good time. I do not know if it is just a coincidence, or if it is the actual solution. I did not try it for many charges, I just charged it once now and typed this here once it worked. Wish everyone to get this solved.

If I use a phone charger, my phone charges slowly, however if I use my usb c laptop charger fast charging works...

My wife has the same phone but hers charges properly, and the difference is in the kernel version

Mine charges in 9 hours even though I have fast charging enabled

Hello sir, I have the solution to your problem. You have to go into security mode on your phone and deactivate rapid charging because the problem comes from super fast charging which no longer responds.

So you have two choices, set up a routine like I did or try buying a new charger. I tried it on a new charger and it seemed it was the charger (not the cable) that was at fault 😊
