sorry to hear that you are experiencing this. Are you able to tell us if this is also affecting calls made with any other apps (if you use any) and is this is affecting particular contacts? What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?

I just send you this as sometimes these steps works for both cases. The next steps would be running a test on the phone to see if there is anything wrong with the SIM card or tray? You can perform this from the Samsumg Members app> Diagnostics> SIM card.
Once done, run a diagnosis with the Mic by tapping Mic from the Diagnosis menu to see if there is anything wrong with it.
