I updated my phone right before I traveled around the 1st April, and the phone became unusable so I borrowed a phone from a family member and now I'm back home in Thailand and I decided to look into it.
Right away after the update so did WIFI and Bluetooth stop working, there is also issues with sound when listening trough the speaker (music, YouTube or speaking on the phone)
The WIFI logo or bluet tooth logo will become transparent when you try to turn them on and but you never find any available WIFI and the same goes for blue tooth. When just using phone data so does it come and go a bit.
I have tried a factory reset and it changes nothing. Today when I'm back so did I search for a new update and found one and now WIFI and Bluetooth work a tiny bit. I can search and find networks and it connects to them but after a minute or two so does it disconnect and turn of wife and Bluetooth.
The phone was purchased 30 march 2023 so about one year one month when it broke, and it was purchased in Thailand so I doubt there is warranty that covers it.

@OnkelMicha: OTA stands for 'Over The Air', and refers to updates that are carried out through your network provider via Wi-Fi or Mobile Data. This should be carried out via Settings > Software update on the phone itself. With this in mind, are you able to confirm if you downloaded and installed the update on the phone itself by following the steps above, or did you use a third party site?

You've carried out a full factory reset, but it hasn't fixed your issues.
Can you go to Settings >About phone>Software information and take a screenshot clearly showing the Android version, Build number, and the Service provider software version
