esim stopped working

This morning after switching my phone on the esim I have had connected with no problems for a few months is continually trying to connect the physical sim I have with (smarty) is ok but the esim (sky mobile) won't connect and it won't let me switch it off in sim manager, any ideas?

Are Sky having any network issues at the moment?

Not in my area tested network coverage and says its all good (No issues)

Could you try resetting your network settings.

Done that twice on the esim now made no difference unfortunately 😕

Might still be worth contacting Sky and see what they advise.

Must have been a hiccup @SkyS end all of a sudden its connected and started working, before I had chance to contact them.

Sky were having issues, they sent me a message apologising for the inconvenience caused and that it was fixed now and they would continue monitoring the situation.

Didn't hear anything off them but guess the message wouldn't come through because I had no signal lol
