camera freeze

Lately camera just crashes or freezes. When you press on shutter. It doesn't even take pics. Also today when WhatsApp was open camera shutdown saying that another app is using the camera. Anyone else having similar issues?

try clearing cache and storage of the camera app. I did this like someone else suggested.

As @jonni5 has already suggested (Thanks!) try to clear cache of your Camera application. Also, check if there are no updates of the Camera application available. Then reset your phone.

If that won't help, please report the issue via the Members application right after it occurs .

Thank you, I have already sent logs for camera snd cleared cache. Didn't test it as yet. Reset phone or camera app?
