Samsung pay and fingerprint (RESOLVED)

Anyone having issues with the fingerprint scanner in Samsung Pay, where you try to confirm your identity with your fingerprint and it just blinks on the screen and returns back to the same screen. Have to use pin.

I tried to clear cache and delete card and re-registered but still no luck.

Issue occured on Beta 2 and still on beta 3.

I've been having some issues with the fingerprint scanner not recognising my print it's an intermittent issue I have reported it

Hi, have you downloaded the latest version of Beta 3. Available from 2nd November. It has a bug fix for the fingerprint scanner within it.

@Alfsdad yeah I downloaded it yesterday thinking it will fix it but clearly not.

Try to reinstall the Samsung Pay app, maybe that will help .

If not, do not hesitate to report the problem via the Samsung Members app attaching log files, right after the issue occurs 😊.
