Still waiting for BT LE Audio with my mobile and Buds2 Pro (another Samsung launch promise dishonoured), so encouraging to see Windows are pushing on.

Sadly i have found the Buds2 Pro seamless pair a disaster, its always fails to pair, but worst of all laptop call quality is unusable, so much for going all in to the Samsung ecosystem (mobile, watch, laptop, buds).

To start, Microsoft says that Bluetooth Low Energy Audio is coming to compatible devices, starting with the May 2023 non-security preview release. The company said its working with Intel and Samsung to bring the audio standard to the PC ecosystem for the first time, specifically calling out the Samsung Galaxy Buds 2 Pro as a potentially compatible set of earbuds.

Microsoft **bleep** AI in the heart of Windows 11 with Windows Copilot (engadget.com)

Good news on one front, Windows 11 support could come within weeks or months (so not definitive)   according to this article  https://www.howtogeek.com/894773/bluetooth-le-audio-is-coming-to-windows-11/

I do not work for Samsung or make Samsung Products but provide independent advice and valuable contributions.

Installed this morning as part of Windows 11 Build 23466.

So far I am getting WASAPI exclusive mode at 24bit, but no idea if the laptop or buds2 Pro are operating in BT LE mode ..

Even after getting the microphone input to register, a quick test confirms as before, the Buds2 Pro microphone input via the Samsung laptop results in 0%

So tired of Sammy abandoning products after launch, forcing into a sammy ecosystem (like windows 11 compatibility) and generally making terribile software. Might as well go Apple!
