Cannot use camera since a windows 11 update

Hi,

Since Windows 11 update a couple months ago 24H2 the camera of my galaxy book 5 pro 360 is not working. I tried a lot of things but was keeping saying "cant start the camera" i contacted with microsoft support. They connected to my computer and i dont know what they did but since then the camera is not existing, and even they spoiled the connexion with my phone, as i was using my galaxy s23 ultra camera in the computer. I have been trying everything and i dont want to format the laptop just for that, but cant use either laptop camera or the phone camera. Can i get any help? thanks

Alternatively, you can try completely uninstalling the camera drivers from Device Manager, then check for hardware changes to reinstall them, and also reinstall the Samsung - Link to Windows software or related phone integration software to restore the phone's camera connection.

Hi Patrcia,

Thank you for the answer. I already have tried remove the camera drivers from Device Manager, several times, trying with check for hardware changes, trying restarting the laptop, trying different drivers versions... Link to windows works fine with everything but the camera, and i try searching the camera also throught the device connection but nothing. 😞

I hope you or someone else have any other idea.
