Hi. I recently purchased a 990 Pro m.2 from amazon and made a claim for the £50 cashback offer. I was given a tracking number via email which I have been checking up on. It's been nearly a week now and my claim hasn't been accepted, nor have I had an update. The links to the claim tracker no longer work. In fact the site for the summer 2023 claims seems to no longer exist? So I am unable to check up on whether the claim has been accepted, and I am unable to submit a new claim if necessary.
What am I to do?

Hi All,
Has anyone received their cashback yet? I got an email 2 months ago saying the cashback was coming in up to 2 weeks... Still nothing. Can anyone advise what to do, please?
'' The wait is nearly over!, Don't worry, we haven't forgotten about you. We're processing your claim as quickly as we can., Your cashback should be processed within the next 2 weeks. But we'll email you again once it's been issued., Thanks for your patience.''
Its £100 after buying a new Samsung A54. Thanks All.

I'm sorry to hear about the issues you're facing with your cashback claim for the 990 Pro M.2. It's frustrating when you can't track the status of your claim or submit a new one due to website problems. Here are some steps you can take to resolve this issue:
Contact Customer Support: The first and most direct step is to contact the customer support or service team of the company offering the cashback promotion. You can typically find their contact information on the official website of the product manufacturer. Explain your situation, provide them with your tracking number, and ask for assistance with your claim.
Check Your Spam Folder: Sometimes, important emails related to promotions like cashback offers can end up in the spam or junk folder. Make sure to check these folders in your email to see if you've missed any updates or notifications regarding your claim.
Website Maintenance: It's possible that the website for the claims process is undergoing maintenance or experiencing technical difficulties. In such cases, it's a good idea to wait for a while and check again later. Websites can sometimes go offline temporarily for maintenance or updates.
Document Your Attempts: Keep a record of your communication attempts, including emails, tracking numbers, and any correspondence with customer support. This documentation can be helpful if you need to escalate the issue or seek a resolution through other means.
Social Media: Some companies have official social media channels where they provide customer support. You can try reaching out to them on platforms like Twitter or Facebook, explaining your situation and asking for assistance.
Consumer Protection Agencies: If you've exhausted all other options and still haven't received a resolution, you can consider contacting a relevant consumer protection agency or ombudsman service in your region. They may be able to mediate the issue and help you get a response from the company.
