For 3 months I can't register my laptop. Serial number not valid.. Anyone had experience with this? But.. those agents, they are not suitable for this job, unless their job is to drain your soul. They are slow, they don't follow the conversations, they don't offer you any solution.. just spin you endlessly with unusable and overused links. Any cure for this?
