Hi all,
I bought 43' Samsung smart monitor M7 in 2021 and I never enjoyed using it. The idea behind this monitor is great but it came with many issues. The remote wasnt responsive, the monitor was constantly turning itself on/off during the day. The smart apps were laggy etc.
In the last 1,5 years, it kept rebooting randomly and Samsung customer service wasnt really helpful. One time they told me that it's a smart device and it needs to reboot to speed up.
Anyways, few days ago, it completely stopped working. No power, no light, nothing.
Does anyone know what might be the reason? I'm living in the UK, what is the best way of fixing it?

Morning, sorry to hear. Where did you purchase the Monitor from? It should still be under warranty, have you tried calling Samsung UK, this is a community forum so not an official Samsung repair, customer service stop, but we do share real experiences, thoughts and advice.
I purchased the M70A 43" and 32" I think in 2019, maybe early 2020 and aside from if fighting with my Samsung TV remote for control, the only other issue I have suffered is that the remote does have a slight delay.
That said, otherwise they have been my best Samsung investment to date, both are used daily and evenings for office, homework work and gaming, neither really are used as a Smart TV, but are used a lot with laptops and as a DeX USB C monitor with 60W PD.

Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately, Samsung UK cant offer me any kind of service or repair at the moment. Just wanted to see if anyone else in the community might have some experience similar to mine. Cheers.

Ok, why not? if it is under warranty and Samsung Customer Service is the best option, as your it sound like it is dead and no advice here will resolve that.
