Hello,
I own a Samsung Portable SSD T5 SCSI Disk Device (USB (SATA) (SSD)) of 500 GB.
The SSD is my extra external drive and is used for Adobe Lightroom etc. It works most of the times fine and fast.
But sometimes it loses spontaniously contact with my desktop. I have to disconnec the drive, shut down the desktop , restart and re-connect. I used also both cables supplied with trhe drive. I used c-to-C and C-to-A cables, no difference.
The MOBO is a Gigabyte AX370 K5 with the latest firmware. 32 GB of memory.
It is very annoying because my backup programm crashes because the drive has lost connection.
Any help or users with the same problem?
Greetings Henri

Hi @flipper1960.
We have a specialist team who deal with SSD issues. It might be worth dropping them a line at samsungmemory@hanaro.eu.
Hope this helps.
