Samsung Odyssey G7 Monitor - LS28BG700EWXXL Home Screen not loading

Hi all,

I am having an issue with my monitor's Smart Hub Home screen.

Current firmware version is 1661.6.

When I press the home screen button, it gets stuck on the ‘Preparing… Please wait’ screen.

I did a factory reset but facing the same issue; however, I am able to access other apps and face no issues with the display. So it doesn't look like a hardware fault.

Did the firmware update break Smart Hub home screen?

Can someone really help out here?
