I reset to factory with using local windows but I have enter into loop cycle with Samsung Galaxy and then switch off, tried different solution including pressing and holding the power button (No success).

It is a new PC, just 2 months and not highly used?

The reset may have deleted some Samsung files it uses. Check the support page for your laptop for a recovery tool. There should be a program to create a bootable USB; boot from the USB to restore the laptop files to their intended Samsung configuration.

Though you'd need a second pc and a usb to do that

I literally took off the back cover, disconnected the battery for 30s, put it back together, and since then 👌🏽💯
